We understand that unforeseen events
come up. Because of this reality, we have the following policy for
cancelations:
If you
need to cancel:
14 Day Notice: If you must
cancel greater than 14 days prior to the course date, we are happy to
refund your payment minus any transaction fees that have been applied
(i.e. Credit Card transaction, electronic check fee, etc.)
Less than 14 Day Notice:
If you must cancel less than 14 days prior to the course date, we are
not able to issue a refund. We will however gladly apply
your full payment to a future class of your choice.
If we need to cancel:
While every effort is made to hold a course on the
day and time scheduled, it is possible that one may be canceled or
postponed. If this situation arises, we will gladly either refund
your entire tuition or transfer it to the course of your choice.
Whichever option you choose, we will honor that which is most preferable
to you.
